The hotel rooms needed some repair jobs to keep them looking good for a longer time, but my stay was adequate. The balcony was very small, but it offered a nice view of the mountain. The room was comfortable and a good size, equipped with a working TV and WiFi, although the limited availability of English language channels was a minor irritant.

The hotel offers very good air conditioning in the rooms, a stocked daily mini bar, usual TV, and table seating with additional breakout seating area. However, there is a lack of drawer space for clothing in the rooms that are facing the mountain, causing some occasional smells due to the close proximity to adjoining rooms.

However, there were some issues with water damage to ceilings, peeling wallpaper, and dirt on the walls. The service was excellent with attention to detail and good sound isolation, but there were no explanations for the poolside restaurant closure on Wednesdays. The location is very good, near enough to attractions yet away from noise, but the closure of the poolside restaurant without notice was a negative surprise. The dining experience was delightful with a wide variety of fresh food options, but the similarity of dishes between meals could be more varied. Overall, the hotel offers satisfactory facilities, but attention to maintenance could be improved.
